Where do the boat trips start and when should I arrive? 

Our boat is moored in the port of Port d’Aiguadolç. Arrive about 15 minutes before the agreed start time in our local Surcandomares.
Where do we store our things during the activity?
Please bring only what you will take with you on the tour.

What route will we take?

The skipper will choose a route for your trip depending on the sea, currents, etc.

How many people go on the outings?

There can be up to 9 people per departure.

Can we bring food or drink with us?

Yes! You can bring whatever you want. We recommend easy to eat items since you are on a moving boat.

What shoes should I wear?

Something comfortable and practical. High heels are not allowed, both for your own safety and to avoid damaging the wooden decks.

Can we stop for a swim?

Yes.
Yes. If the sea is fairly calm and it usually is, especially in the morning.

Can we put on music?

Yes, we have speakers on board.

Is there parking nearby?

There is a blue zone parking in the same Port d’Aiguadolç.

Is there a bathroom on board?

Yes, but it can be a bit tricky with the boat moving through the waves, so we suggest going before the trip, there is a bathroom nearby, so ask the skipper when you arrive or before you leave.

What are the age restrictions?

We have no age restrictions because it is an activity without any risk. We have children’s vests.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that while travel plans may change, you may need to cancel your tours. Simply give us 48 hours notice and we will offer you a full refund of any mode you have paid for. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of our booking, we generally cannot offer any refund, unless we can fill your places. It may be possible to reschedule your reservation for another day, depending on availability.
