General terms and conditions

Booking Conditions

To ensure your sailing experience with us and guarantee boarding, it is important to follow the booking conditions detailed below:

  1. 50% to confirm reservationA deposit equivalent to 50% of the total budget is required to confirm your reservation. This payment ensures that the boat will be available for the requested date
  2. 10 days prior to embarkationThe remaining 50% of the total budget must be paid at least 10 days before the date of embarkation to complete the payment and guarantee all contracted services.

Bail

It will be charged at the time of embarkation and refunded upon disembarkation. This amount is retained as a guarantee to cover eventual damages or non-compliance with the rental conditions.

Boarding and disembarkation times


For 1-day rentals:
Embarkation at 10.00h
Disembarkation at 19.00h

For weekly rentals:
Embarkation Saturdays from 14.00h
Disembarkation Fridays until 19.00h

If you need to cancel or modify a reserved or contracted service, please contact us as soon as possible.
